The Belfort Lion

Etang des Forges

Located between Belfort and Offemont, the Etang des Forges is a protected area where numerous bird species are found. A pleasant footpath allows you to walk all around the lake. It also has a marina, where children can learn how to sail or windsurf.

Flea market in the old town

Tour de la Miotte

The Tour de la Miotte, a remnant of the medieval castle, is a symbol of Belfort which was destroyed in the Second World War and rebuilt two years later. From the tower, which dominates the city, you can enjoy fine views of Belfort and its citadel.
